I’m a veteran and a licensed trauma therapist and I created Mission REDEFINE EMDR Group Program for people like us. People who’ve carried a lot, kept moving, and are finally ready to slow down and face what’s been building beneath the surface.

You don't have to tell your whole story to a room full of people. Mission REDEFINE uses a structured EMDR group approach to help you work with what you're carrying while maintaining privacy around the details of your experience.

Mission REDEFINE is a small, closed group. The same people move through the six weeks together, which helps create consistency, safety, and trust.

For the October Mission REDEFINE cohort, accepted participants will receive the six-week program at no cost.
