If you're seeking relief from trauma and emotional distress, our individualized EMDR Intensive therapy program is designed to empower you on your journey to optimal well-being. Led by Arielle Jordan, a compassionate and highly experienced therapist committed to your growth, our EMDR Intensives offer a unique opportunity for rapid healing.

 

Harnessing the Power of EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy has gained recognition for its effectiveness in treating a range of emotional and psychological struggles. Grounded in extensive clinical research, EMDR combines evidence-based techniques with the therapist's guidance to support the reprocessing and resolving of past traumatic experiences. The result? EMDR Intensives may be a good fit for you:

  • Are looking for supportive counseling/’ talk therapy’ (rather than structured change therapy)

  • Need an ongoing therapy relationship and do not have one yet

  • Gave difficulties that need stabilizing first, such as suicidality, self-harm, substance abuse, significant dissociative difficulties, or current life crises

  • are not ready for change

  • Those with substantial additional childhood trauma will usually require the support of a long-term therapist before engaging in this kind of work.

YOUR EMDR INTENSIVE INCLUDES:

One-day Intensive: Total five clinical contact hours: $999

60-minute pre-intensive assessment/consultation

3 hours of therapy for the half day

60-minute post-intensive therapy session

 

EMDR INTENSIVES PROCESS

Sessions must be prepaid at the beginning of the EMDR intensive or prior.   

 

If follow-up EMDR sessions are desired, those will be billed at $180/hr.

 

Note: Insurance does not cover the cost of EMDR intensives.  Please expect that this will be a cash-pay service that is not reimbursed by your insurance company. However, you are able to use HSA cards and flex spending cards. 

 

Also Note: If it is determined you are not a good fit for an EMDR Intensive, your payment will be refunded minus the deposit.
