Meet Arielle Jordan, a licensed clinical professional counselor and national certified counselor. As the owner of Mindset Quality, a telehealth private practice, Arielle specializes in EMDR, PTSD, grief, and trauma. With over eight years of experience in the field, Arielle has dedicated her career to helping clients overcome mental health challenges and achieve their fullest potential.

As an Army Veteran and a Ph.D. student in a counselor education and supervision program, Arielle brings a unique perspective to the field of mental health counseling. She is passionate about teaching and advocating for cultural diversity, making her a strong ally for clients from diverse backgrounds.

Arielle earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her extensive training and qualifications in trauma-focused therapies, specifically EMDR, allow her to provide effective and evidence-based treatment to clients struggling with PTSD and other trauma-related conditions.

Arielle is also a sought-after speaker who loves sharing her insights and experiences on issues related to overcoming mental health challenges. She believes that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care and is committed to providing a safe and judgment-free environment for her clients.

In addition to her clinical work, Arielle Jordan is a talented writer who has authored several works on mental health. She is the author of a Mindset Quality workbook, a resource that helps individuals cultivate emotional wellness and build resilience through a variety of exercises and activities.

Before private practice, Arielle worked with active-duty military soldiers at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health, Substance abuse patients at Crossroads Treatment Centers of Danville, VA, Suffolk, VA, and Winchester, VA. Over the last 6+ years, Arielle has gained experience in the mental health field, providing individual counseling to substance abuse clients, facilitating Child/teen self-esteem groups, working as a family interventionist, therapeutic support, marriage therapy, and trauma therapy for adults.
